Where was it ever stated that this is set in the real world? We've got sci fi fertility drugs that make women look 6 months pregnant at a few weeks, even though they're gonna have a normal term. We've got an MC who's got a dick too big to stay conscious while both standing and erect, and I don't think he's lost an erection once in the multiple weeks that have passed. In spite of the fact that this is a game loosely based on the reality (all you needed to figure that out was Zeus) and also being a Porn Fantasy, applying IRL rules is a rather disingenuous way to attempt to shackle the author imagination. Just ride it into the sunset, it is of absolutely no importance to the functioning of the Universe if this particular story is possible or not.
