-The archive is named in a very suspicious way and hosted in a even more suspicious server.
-The one person that downloaded it wasn't able to extract it and is quite probably already infected with something.

Mate I would do a thorough check of my system with a good AV and Malware sniffer. I don't want to presume anything, but it is VERY suspicious.

You need to download the patch from 22 to 23. And don't use mod if its outdated

But anyway its a short but exciting update that opens new possibilities.

check your game folder for an extra createsave.rpy and rpyc you only need 1 of each there shouldn't be a copy of these

I find it suspicious that only an update patch was added, where are the full 0.23 version and the changelog?

I'll wait until something less suspicious gets released, if someone got the update patch, they would have access to the full version too, and there is no reason to not share both if you have access to both.
