Never played this game and I'm curious !
Can someone tell me why this game has almost as much view as Summer's Gone (which is one of people favorite's game here) despite being 2y and half more recent ?
It's already far above a lot of others big names (Intertwined, Chasing Sunsets..) too.

Because it's a wholesome fuck all harem fest with an excellent choice of LI's with very little idjits in the thread so it's mainly a good, fun feeling in here.

The story is simple. The characters are wholesome. There's a shit ton of sex. There's great variety of LI's. No creeping. Excellent humor. 2 updates /month.
Other than this... I don't really know what. (I do, but I will not tell you, I'll let you find out).

We are surely near the end of the game now, only 5 more women are left who have yet to be permanently crippled by the mc. Has the Mayoress made an appearance in the mc's bed or her bed yet?
Not getting the point why all the girl profiles have a pregnant tag? There are a number of women who are well past their menopause.
Will this game going around in circles until the mc impregnates everyone, and then the game ends? If the mc is going to make most of the women pregnant, then I would expect to see them pregnant and then I would expect to see the babies when they are born, otherwise it's just a gimmick tag that serves zero purpose, especially since all the girls have this tag.

What you kinda missed, is that the game isn't even at half time. How do I know that? Well, having sex with Nana (Allison) is more or less the middle of the game.
There wasn't, so far, any talk about any time-skip. So, you'll have a full harem of pregnant girls (of many ages). About your worry about the girls being past the menopause, well, in this alternate universe where the game happens, the MC's supersperm, solves that issue. EVERY girl in the Harem (take note, IN the Harem) will be pregnant, or not, your choice. Except the 7 main ones, those are not subjected to choices.
Why did I mention the Harem? Because there are several LI's that will not be in the Harem. It is unclear if some of them will still be able to be impregnated.
About the pregnant tag, well, it will be the player's choice if they get pregnant or not, again, exception made to the 7.
The babies, well, Tanya's baby is about to be born (if you allowed it), she'll be the oldest. Next will be Paveena's (if you chose that). Then...... the full kindergartens... or only the 7's babies.
So, for all the points of your post, you don't need to worry if you made the right choices, or you can replay and do them now.
BTW, instead of presuming ill intentions and writing in an accusatory way, you could have simply asked.

oh! timeskip should happen at the half mark of the game aka when nana gets stuffed, as in we don't see it and then many updates until we actually see it. but we'll get to see hj, bj and bj2[boobs] maybe footjobs [i like it so meh] before the sex
