I use the KoGa music mod for all the versions, so couldn't tell you (but I'm guessing no?). I know the home-screen has music, but as far as I know that's it.

Part 2 goes until Version 0.37. Part 3 Starts with Version 0.38. If you finished Part 2 you only need to download the newest full download and the respective patch
