As you are mentioning Tanya I just realized Since Tanya "just" got pregnant with the second kid, shouldn't Tanyas Kids be Number 1 and Number 4 since the others were Impregnated before her second time

That's been more or less confirmed for a while now. She'll likely get one more scene towards the end of the game but that's it for her. She was really just there to give us some early sex scenes.
