If you've been playing this, you may have noticed that the MC RESPECTS each and everyone of the women. All of them, no exception, even with Anabelle (Sophie's mother) he never goes above what she allows.
What you are proposing is, for all purposes, Rape. Jamila, wouldn't even have the chance to consent to sex, much less consent to pregnancy.
Maybe take a few steps back, re-think your approach, because that road, leads to prison and to a sex offender registry in IRL.

But, in the context of THIS game, there's absolutely no Non-con content:

Yes. 100%. But that would be Shizuka doing it. She's a horny lil freak. But even she would know that if the two hasn't done anything like that yet, it would be wrong to do it.

But what do you expect from youngsters whose only interaction with women, has been from games or porn and not IRL?

A plot twist is a literary technique that introduces a radical change in the direction or expected outcome of the plot in a work of fiction.
So, MC has super-fertile sperm & then he knocks someone up, unexpectedly??
No, that's not even close to being a plot twist.
