Sandra's colleague Megan and Aiko are also pregnant, and Tanya due to a certain case of double uterus is pregnant again. As for who's next in line to become a mother, who really knows. Would be nice to find out.

By that logic (which I approve of) Aunt Liz, Cat, Shizuka, Asami, Riona, Fiona, Josianne, and by osmosis the Cab Driver are also pregnant*, if not more.
