Yeah you probably installed the V0.07 incest patch, that would let the game continue to 7 but you wouldn't have the images.

Many devs do that actually release v0.1 v0.2 with 4k/1080p images
By release v0.3 they 'implement' some compression downgrading image to 720p(or switch from 32 to 24/16 millions colors)
Then by release v0.7 v0.8 they switch from .png to .webm
It's quite common.

When I read it I was in awe a Great game with one of the most memorable quotes from another Great game.
3GB is still quite large... For me the more compressed the better. I love the storytelling and seeing how my decisions affect the game. As long as the pictures are decent, I am happy... and my hard drive REALLY likes the compressed versions.Goddamn that was fast

If you are talking about that option during the flashback 2 updates ago, if you do not chose that option, you will not be on Tanya's path (she will not show up; only pregnancy path with her).
If you didn't creampie her, she moves to Italy to become a nun because she knows no other man can fill the void you left inside of her.
