Well, there's 2 updates per month, and sex with Nana marks roughly the halfway point of the game. Now I can't be 100% sure, but I highly doubt there's going to be more than 100 total updates/versions for the game, and we are currently on 0.33, so probably within the next 6-8 months, potentially sooner.

Unrelated question for MoonBox : I'm running through the game again, and noticed that Lina doesn't appear on the relationship chart. Will we not see her again? I wouldn't expect her to show up regularly, but her interest in something more happening after her interaction with the MC and Mabel was clear, was in fact seemingly reciprocated, and she is apparently the only realtor in Gilford, so we're likely to run into her again.
