I can't believe such topic is being discussed, unless it's the one Jerome who'll be divorced by his soon-to-be ex-wife Jada (and who could potentially end up pregnant) is currently going through, all without his knowledge. The one that sheep lover (or was it a goat?) Larry underwent sometime ago (and is now free to pursue his true four-legged lover) or that really weirdo Marcel guy who enjoyed too much back at that dinner. There's also that one time where Karen's husband (at least atm) had to watch and see her getting pregnant in that flight or even that old wife beater at the spa who also saw his wife being fucked in front of him. And 4 of those "gentlemen" had that coming at least from a mile away for being so bad with their wives.

dont move whole "game" folder but just "saves" folder within it

My bad, I forgot that there is a 'game' folder inside game folder with Renpy.
I meant the folder with the whole game in, the folder above the .EXE. In this case, Grandma's house0.44 or whatever the exact placement of words is. I move the whole game into Renpy and then I can load it and play it. But that does not work with the latest version, which is a shame. I love this game. If I had money spare I would support this game developer.

Is there something I can do to fix this? I have done a 'reset PC', that did not help.

unless you are talking about "update only" i guess its possible you skipped one.
otherwise you just extract and play, you can move your saves (unless you want to rely on backups only) and apply any "up to date" mods, thats all that is.
if by any chance you get crashes when try to load, load older save or autosave.
myself have catch up on 6 versions worth of content yesterday was smooth and nice ride to the end.

to me sounds like i had debate with one dud some time ago, how hes always overwriting old versions with new and thats the way to do it. whole versions ofc, not talking about updates.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but at some point it was said that if you hit Sandra down and don't want to see the femdom crap she shares, it will disable all her events. BUT why would that choice also remove other police events? I haven't hit them down. I looked at the pics and there is a police event that never came up. At this point I feel like I have been screwed.

Sandra's role in the VN is the girl who is there to provide domme content. The event involving another female police person? Sandra's still domming both her and the MC. So, if Sandra's Damme content bothers you, you presumably wouldn't like that part of it.

You want the MC to be the dominant one? You want the content with Jasmine.

In many cases, specific content is tied to one (and often only one) character, when it comes to what the dev considers kinks. This is how MoonBox implemented his VN. He could have had half the LIs, and spread different kinks amongst the other characters, but that would make it harder to avoid the ones you don't want to see.

I understand that you may like a model, but not the content associated with her. Either you like the model enough to put up with the content, or you dislike the content enough that activity with that model means you avoid her. Accept that this is how this VN has been developed. If that makes it of too little interest for you to follow it, I'm sure MoonBox will be willing to accept that.

Edit: I see that others have said much the same thing. As unlikely as it is, I can hope that my slightly different words may strike the right chord to help people understand.

And: if anyone thinks I have missed the point of some the original posts (not necessarily the one I'm responding to) - it seems like many did. When many people take what you're saying wrong, maybe you're not communicating effectively.
