The the MC calls Molly a girl.

This is something from the first days of the thread... back then, we considered the way you chose to talk about it as your introduction to the thread. If you took with humor, we could count on you for some laughs, if you acted angry, well, off to the ignore lists you went, and no one would ever help you again.
What happened? Well, MoonBox mixed up the assets of the male and female dog... produced a whole bunch of images with the male parts on Molly, and only noticed when the thread, or Discord, or whatever, noticed and laughed at him... The right asset was put in, but the images were never remade, giving us a kind of test to new players to find out what we could expect of them...

Honestly better not to. She not in the game at all if you don't. But if you do, she's pretty much a ghost in the game, too important a character to be easily written out of the game, but far to easily optionally avoided at the start to be made a core character.
For similar reasons, I'd recommend avoiding Sophia too when you meet her.
Let me say this now, I am in no way complaining. I definitely get breaking this game up into downloadable parts, I'm just wondering with as big as this game is becoming just how large a single download would eventually be lol

Well each Part is roughly 5 gigs, and towards the end of Part 4 was the half way point, meaning the end would would be Part 9-10 so roughly 45-50 Gigs total.

As you can see by my signature, I am biased, so take my advice with a grain of salt or two.
What would you miss? You'd miss a rather badly implemented tragic story. To me, and several, the timid, almost regretted way MoonBox implemented these 2 characters, Tanya and Sophia, is the weakest point of this game.
It could and should have a much more important role. As it is now, I have to painfully agree with S1nsational, it is indeed a better choice to say no and forget her, when you can.
I can't. Her story hits close to home for me. I could never say No. But seeing her treated as she is, I'd prefer to never to have known her.
