so you remove the files from the unzipped patch folder and put each file in the game folder.I usually copy the the file myself to the "game" folder but I'm a bit anal about those thingsi wanna make sure it gets done right

yeah, that's right. you can usually just copy the "game" folder from the unzipped file and copy it to the "grandma's house" folder as well, both works.
