As I understand it, all of the Magnificent Seven™ have a base vanilla* mode that can't be avoided, with various kinks that can be. The rest of the cast seem to each have their own base kink level, but are completely avoidable if that kink doesn't interest you.

*Even this vanilla mode isn't completely "kink-free" but it can be built upon or not, whereas other characters are more set in the min/max what they will and won't do. I think.

But I will say Liz calling us daddy all the time took some getting used to, and I guess I can get used to it with Polly, but it's just not something I'd seek out even after repeated exposure to it.

In order for your partner to call you Daddy, in the context you've provided, it requires you to already have the child.

MC's child is not born yet & Liz is not pregnant, so there is no "baby growing" with her.

That's what I associate the term with... Not the situation that exactly matches the circumstances of its use.

Associations aren't the same as what's actually happening. Obviously if my spouse calls me daddy while I'm fucking her we're not doing it in front of children... But the term has just morphed into a term of endearment in my brain at this point in time from years of hearing the woman I love call me that (for various and sundry reasons often more to do with child rearing rather than child making). So if an adult possible sexual partner calls me daddy, I don't parse it as my 7 year old calling me daddy because *vomits aggressively everywhere* I parse it as my wife calling me daddy.

All the girls in this game will theoretically be mommies to MC's children, so for me it works.

The big part for me, is my own very toxic and abusive relationship with my father. So I've never really had the happiest or healthiest of views towards male paternal figures. That's eased somewhat in recent years, but I can't see it ever fully going away.

Pretty much all incest dynamics don't really bother me depending on the context. Father, Grandfather, etc are the ones that'd squick me immediately. Less so if we're the father, but other than that it'd a hard no.

It was the context you provided, for finding acceptable use of the term.
There is no "in front of the children". They do not have any.
There is no "as the baby is growing". They do not have one.

I'm not kink shaming, I have no issue with other people finding being called "Daddy" sexy, or whatever.

You seem to be conflating my associations with mc's and arguing from the position that they should be different.

I don't agree with that supposition as MC is a self insert, but even if he was a fully realized character, I'd still make the associations I make as the reader based off the context in my life because it's my brain doing the reading. The association is there regardless.

Now if this were some deep nuanced story I might need to look past those initial associations to see the real story but as this is basically the turbo sex encounter 12000 for maximum falsification simulator, all that matters is the association in my brain... Why would I push past that to something that grosses me out, when my gut response works well enough?
