Ok, but that image actually makes sense though. The one in the game doesn't. In this image, there's proper controls and in a convenient location, sturdier handles, pull cord, weight balance still sucks but at least it's on top, fuel port, etc.

But I'll submit and say you're right in that I guess the dev was in fact rendering a jackhammer in the game... even if he failed to make it look like a realistic item.
