I know she's a side character, but still, a little bit of content about her wouldn't have been bad. She has a really good design.

Well, she has a little bit of content but since the beginning, she was never supposed to appear a lot, so we got pretty much good content since she's not one of the main LIs and not one of the "main" side character if I can say.
Since we are past the half point right now, I'd say that Karen would have probably two more scenes, maybe three, but I won't expect more.

I'm not an expert in that field but I think each part would need to be remade so it would fit in all files, and I don't see that coming even after the game is completed.
