I did not choose for Shizuka. There was no choice at any point for her. See image for it not using a Shizuka variable.
It doesnt matter how many scenes there are, its not hard to understand. Maybe this helps.
Imagine you wana piss on a redhead, the game caters to you but you ONLY like redheads getting wet. You pick the redhead option then every scene with Asami later plays without a choice, because you picked their routes and said you dont mind watersports. You obviously want all of it right?

That is one soft bed . But it's just a bad pose, her legs are clipping into the bed, as there's no such thing as solid objects in Daz for the most part and if there were it would probably be worse due to collision polygons being too big to where nothing can touch.

I think I get it. In essence, because you chose for Asami to use the banana, the game automatically assumes you want the same thing with her daughter Shizuka without confirming it with you first. So in order to avoid Shizuka's expansion, you will have to avoid the same with her mother.
