It's not. I just finished playing it. There are a couple of times where you can notice that it's not patched.

God why is the dev withholding annabelle content? God damn... I have low interest in this game i admit. The story never clicked with me and i check it from time to time because the porn content side of it is great. Annabelle is by far the hottest character in the game in my eyes and its frustrating that there is so little content with her. While all other characters are getting loads of storytime.

I do not think that MoonBox is withholding content per se. It is just that there are a lot of women to impregnate and to keep the updates about every 2 weeks or so, he can not put everything into the update. Besides it is more enjoyable this way as to who is going to be in the update.
