Loving the game but is there a way to reload older saves from previous chapters without it either saying 'you need to load the "save now" from the end of whatever charter or if you try to bypass that it crashes. I just want to replay some of it when I want and not have to delete of the saves which I am sure would fix the problem but kinda not the point

If you play on PC/MAC, you have to load the save in the "part" that the save was made in (i.e., if you want to play a scene from part 2, you have to load the Part 2 version of the game (all available in the OP). To continue from one part to the next, you do have to make a "Save Now" save, there is no way around that.
If you play on Android, I believe you have to overwrite each version to play the next one, but you still have to have that "Save Now" save. If that's not correct, maybe someone more knowledgeable will be able to answer. Unfortunately, I don't know how you would go back and play older versions if I'm correct, unless you just have to overwrite the current version with an older version, then reinstall the latest version to continue? Again, not in my knowledge-base.

The solution is simple. You make the saves you like in each part (including those at the end of "save now") and then just go to the part you need and load the save. In my opinion the biggest problem with games that have pregnant content is that it takes a F ton of time before they are..
In episode one let call it that you had sex with Veena liz etc. ...around what 10 updates ago why is liz still not looking pregnant at all..
There are a view more games with this problem i know that ..
So im a the only one that finds it kind of strange

Not at all, because it's like not even 1 month between Liz being pregnant and now, of course she won't have a belly just yet.
I like that the timeline feels realistic, most games it takes everything from a few days to a few weeks before birth.
I understand WHY they do it that way, though.

Anyone got a part 4 save file as my pc has had a freak and lost everything, I dont want to download all 5 parts and start again
