Again, it's too wide of a question, it depends what YOU consider good. Personally, I'd sad to play the game for the beginning because it's awesome, but even if you want only the best Nana's content, I'd still say play the game from the beginning because all her content is quite good and fun.

All of them. I have not counted it, but, there's a lot of scenes with Allison, from baths, to naked sleeping, to massages, to ... just a LOT.
My suggestion is: Play it from the start. All of it. Use the Mod that includes the IPatch. Take your time, there's TONS of hours of gameplay to enjoy.

I mean, I already know the answer since I played the recent update. I was just responding to the guy who said there is a "lot of content" for her when it's all been teasing. Jameela has a lot of content and I'm sick of her. The game is called grandma's house and it still has no sex scene with the grandma. Are they planning to kill her off after sex? What's with this unnecessary stretching? It's not even a slowburn by this point.

Grandma's is something different than sex with Nana, they have the whole story inside Grandma's house, and their story is around Thomas, not just sex with Nana.
