A man with super sperm ( generic super genetic without realistic or plausible realistic explanation) a generic fertility drug, I mean all the fertility thing is pretty generic, so the AVN stretch the reality.
That being said it's not that far from reality either, it's just that moonboox is not wasting ( and he does very well to do so, imho) time in giving useless explanations, things work and that suffice, it's not the most important thing in the story, it works period. :):)

been a long time since biology, but pretty sure women can get pregnant til the late stages of menopause, so if nana hasnt gone through that yet, she can get knocked up.

It does make you wonder if said fertility drug and the protagonist's super sperm combined might end giving to some of the ladies twins, triplets or something like that. Then again, Moon will be the one to end up surprising the players in the future. :):)
