Like others have said, if you are talking the Italian neighbor lady, about 2 updates ago, she took up most of the update. You might want to replay 3 or so updates ago to get it.

ok so i have a bit of a problem here,
i last played on ver 0.52 and had a save there with my routes
then i came back and there is parts 3 and 4 here,
when i import my saves from 0.52 to the 0.53 (full download not update, if you must ask) i get an error screen to make a new save or import
i have attached my save file for reference,

I checked your save, but for me it works fine using game version v0.53.
Be aware version v0.53 is game part 3, not the lates one part 4!
