Did you really need to ask this? The game says that they are and clearly they are identical. The latest update even has a scene where the MC confuses the taxi driver with her other sister.

If a lack of reading comprehension is a good enough reason to rip on people nowadays, we're gonna have a grand old time in the forums after this.
Go back through his/her posts - the person has a legitimate gripe on their hands about the game changing a character it did *not* give a choice for. The banana eating choice was given for ONE of the two girls, but BOTH were affected by it.

If a character with an issue that sees their tits balloon after eating a banana happens to have a daughter ...... common sense says the daughter is going to attempt the same thing to see if it happens to her.
Also considering said daughter is the biggest perv in the house. I'm willing to bet quite a lot of people saw it coming when the mother first expanded.
So I can either go through life with all the optimism I can muster when not on my period (because then optimism turns to grump) and live in the hope people use a bit of common sense OR I can go through life expecting people to be stupid and not see the blatantly obvious coming.....
