So here comes the arrogance,instead of playing the "know it all" how about offering a solution or even a positive suggestion.
A serious question then, the last interaction with you I'll probably have.
You said the game used to be one of your favorites... implying that you've been playing it for quite a while. The game just started it's 5th "Part" ... which means there've been three previous versions of the "Save Now" screen which you either figured out on your own or you struggled with every time, and yet only now are you frustrated with it, despite it being the exact same process every time.
Either that or you just started playing it recently and "already" are frustrated with the process, which means you really didn't give yourself a chance to understand it.
And once you do understand it, you should understand how simple it is. (I know, that's assuming a lot).
The only other thing you could be complaining about is the frequency of the updates and that you have to deal with a "save now" screen twice a month. -- another thing you should be able to get used to since every update ends with the MC and a/some girls falling asleep together, and if you save at every bed time you'll be fine in that respect.
So either you complained about something that you should have had enough experience accomplishing to not be annoyed at it anymore, implied more experience with the game than you actually have so you don't have that experience, or complained about how frequent the dev puts out consistently paced and length updates and are annoyed that the updates are "so short" -- which would have been a more reasonable thing to get annoyed at.
So yea, I saw your complaint as one among many that showed a lack of attempting to properly comprehend the many instructions available for the end-of-part updates -- including in the game itself -- and reacted from that perspective. If I thought you just recently started playing I might have reacted with less sarcasm ... if I thought you were complaining about how often the dev releases content, I DEFINITLY would have reacted with MORE sarcasm.
Anyway, enjoy the new update -- or don't. I definitely don't care, and won't know anyway.
