It's the later and all the Patches are found on lewdpatcher you just have to open "older versions" on the end of the page.

I did some decompiling work and found the following:

• The "P" edition is presumably the Patreon edition, no incest patch (landladies, tenants, friends, and roomies all around).
• The "T" edition is presumably the "True" edition, with the incest patch (properly defined grandmas, mom/mama, aunts, cousin, etc).

And yes, this is probably information that should be included in the OP in some way (more easily accessible).

Random idea for a sequel.
Same MC and since its seems like all the girls are going to get pregnant, the next game starts 18 years later (could be a bit more), and MC trying to sleep with the granddaughters and lets assume by the power of porn logic they are all girls, call it grandpa's house. the concept is yours dev, free of charge.

I dont actually thing its that creative of an idea but wouldnt be that bad. i personally dont care as much about incest as i do for taboo (incest is just the most common taboo on this site) and it feels strange that almost no games do multi generational content like that.

I've been having the same thought the past couple months as more and more of the characters are getting pregnant. A Grandpa's House story seems like a logical sequel to this title once the natural conclusion of every character in Grandma's House is impregnated.

Sadly, we already know for a long time she was a side-character and she won't stay with MC.

I don't remember if she's going to have one more scene or if she's gonna pop just in the end/epilogue, but yeah, don't have hope to see her being one of the main girls.

Hi there,
for those who are stucked between part 4 (last episode is 0.68) and part 5 (first episode is 0.69 but this save should work with following episodes) like I was, here is the save to make part 5 work.
This save has been made at the end of part 4 (episode 0.68) at the "Save now" page.
U can change the file number to get the save where u want it (12 is the page, 3 is the third slot on this page and don't touch the "LT1").
For instance if u want this save on page 1 at slot 1 just rename the save file as "1-1-LT1.save".
This save must be placed in the save folder of the game in the general Renpy folder.
Hope it will work for u
