When the game hit the middle point, around the end of Part 4, the second stage was engaged fully. Each of the 7 WILL be pregnant. If you have decided so, the secondary Harems will also ALL be pregnant. This is the second part of the game.

Now, you apparently have a problem with that. I wish I could tell you differently, but, "the pregnancy fetish" is here to stay and it is the main goal of the game.

I share the same opinion, I don't see a problem with having this fetish in the game and putting it in, but it's going in a very weird and strange direction, all the characters pregnant?
