Moonbox has accepted the EU offer and is starting to convert all engines to three-cylinder engines. He will use a saw to cut this engine into two smaller ones and will have two cylinders left for other cars. If that seems impossible to you, the EU leadership approved at a meeting to which they brought their 8-cylinder engines, or flew in on private jets, that a 1-liter 3-cylinder engine is completely sufficient for the European population.

Moonbox also commented on the dog leash, he made a mistake while rendering, but this image was so demanding that he doesn't care about any correction.

bikes are sufficient for a lot of the european pupulation honestly. people just like to drive where a bike could get them in 5 min. if you are going to take it that route why make cars that can go 200km/h when you are only ever allowed to do 130 90% of the time ? but does what he is holding really look like a saw ? as to me it looked like a plastic handle with a metal U shape. cant really see a difference between the metal harnas so to say and the saw part if its meant to be a saw. but that could just be me. as for the leash i might have just missed that mention and thought id let them know

though here you can see my problem. in this image you can see the saw being a thin piece of the much thicker structure. in the picture i send it looks like its all uniform in size no thick or thin parts to indicate a saw part. not even teeth as far as i can see (possibly blending into the background)

It's just a simple Daz asset, they aren't known for being detailed

Those things are usually fixed in post processing but not everybody has the skill to do it without making it look 'worse' or has the time to do it properly, especially if they've created a lot of images. Most people playing these sorts of games wouldn't even notice issues like that.
