If my count is right as of your list, the MC will have 28 kids for sure if you're on every route, since Tanya has had one and is pregnant again if everyone that might be is pregnant, the MC will have 40 kids if none of them have twins.
When they build that house, if they want to have a room for every baby mama and each kid and the family, they will need 42 rooms, dude, might as well just build a skyscraper and get it over with.
Also feel bad for their local hospital since pretty much all of them will give birth within a week or 2 of each other.
And the MC's bank account for all of those labor and delivery fees.

If you're right, and he does end up having 40 kids
at the average cost of $14,768 (US), if it's a normal birth, and not a C-section, which can cost as much as $26,280 (US)

The then total cost of deliveries, would be around $590,720 (US), give or take a few thousand

Game takes place in Canada, so it's safe to assume those costs are much reduced. MC's Nana and GrandNan are both very wealthy women, and Ophelia is canonically the wealthiest around and "runs this town." The exposition about a small ghost town and the other buildings on the property is totally setting up them making their own village (or compound) that's reasonably self-sufficient economically (and will have its own religion worshiping MC's penis.) They'll be fine monetarily.

And if nothing else, MC can let Liz and Priya line up ladies for him to inseminate for pay.

Hi guys, I've been away from this game for quite a while (since before the 'There Is No Sex With Nana Yet' banner was changed); just wanted to ask if there was any sex with great grandma in the previous updates and will there be any future content with her?

Guilford is in California. The city they go to, is apparently Los Angeles.

So, maybe they'll get a hefty discount for repeated service. Maybe even one of those cards where the 10th birth is free, or something.

we're expecting more content with her in a future update, we just don't know when

Those at the bottom of the list, is just the last act they did with the MC, that doesn't involve creampieing them, it doesn't mean we won't see them again
We were told Mrs Lee won't be appearing again, but she did, and on her way to getting pregnant

I don't want to raise any flags, but, MB seems to be changing his mind about a few things that he said along the way. What that means and what the changes are and how far they'll go, is up to discussion. I am not privy to any information, so, I am just going by what is happening and trying as best as I can to not speculate.

So, keep everything in the "Possible" bin, until the end.
