Probably not, but memory loss happens a lot in incest and/or harem AVNs, only normally it happens to MC. It wouldn't surprise me that much if Moonbox uses this staple but puts a twist on it and gives it to a LI/ family member instead of MC.

"Brandi is a work acquaintance of Jamila's who is selling a car. Brandi lives in a trailer park and is selling the car to spite her husband whom apparently had recently slept with Brandi's sister. The car is registered in Brandi's name though so she can legally sell it.

Once she sees how attractive the protagonist is, she proposes an alternative payment to further spite her husband (and, presumably for her own enjoyment), if the protagonist fucks her on the hood of the car until she can't walk, she'll consider it full payment!
