I've never tried going in dry, but at a certain point the lubrication provided by bodily fluids is insufficient. When you're getting into the double digits over a 3 day weekend the flesh eventually becomes weak. Makes me kinda wonder if pornstars have callouses.

Calluses? Like on the hands? Do you know that all those workers, mechanics and chimney sweeps are actually just their roles and have probably never even touched a shovel, screwdriver or chimney brush? They certainly don't have calluses on their hands

Yeah I looked it up. I'm guessing it's UK slang as well. That's a really weird unrealistic thing to get hung up on. MC's dick would have broken like 30 times over during this AVN if it was real.

I'll admit - despite the fact GH holds a special place in my heart, I looked at the vaulting content and just didn't see the draw in it. Maybe random content for random content's sake? Sure the game is a bit silly throughout, but sometimes you need to see it actually "going somewhere".

I've always hoped that GH would start to implement an overall plot beyond "if it moves, screw it", and of course the huge humor factor. Not to the degree that some games take it (blanking out on the one AVN where one of the LIs was suicidal and died via a great story), but at least something that was interesting and showed plot progression, not just relationship progression. The garage seemed to be moving in that direction when it was first seen.

I may be in the minority here, though I'm also guilty of wanting that fap-factor, so it's a double-edged sword for me saying it. But a slightly more involved, over-arching story would be great. We still have roughly half the game to go, right?

MC started his own business in Gilford a while back & Amy is now working on a run down car that they acquired.
The family are also looking into building a bigger house for them all to live in & Nana has started maing plans for this.
What more story progress do you need?

Maybe he wants; Molly being kidnapped by Nathalia's husband, him wanting revenge. MC is now a superhero; "The Bat Man", fighting crime at night, wear a mask and a black top and slapping evil people with his..... "baseball bat". Amy, have an encounter with The Bat Man and kissing him, making her suspect that the hero she loves is her nephew.

Or something like that?

That statement is astouding. We turn a plug on, but plug something in. So to criticise others for being dumb, whilst getting it wrong. People in glass houses? Comedy gold.

I think of GH not as a singular novel that you play through and experience, but as more of a continuing tv show or something.

I'll just keep enjoying the bi-weekly ride as long as it lasts.

I think a more appropriate comparison is Soap Operas ... a never-ending story that really doesn't have anything that could be considered a coherent plot, just things that LOOK, in the (extreme in GH's case) short term, like plot.

Agreed, soap opera is how I would describe it, too.
Plot is done per episode, with maybe some threads of a continuing theme in the background.

Huh, that's a really good comparison actually, never seen that comparison before.
