The problem itself is not that it is long, it is that I have to download the parts one after the other and then I have to look for patches for my language (and I am sure there are none for either one)

There isnt usually need for patches. Most sentence here are "Heavy breathing" "Langauge, young lady" and "KYA"
Beside this its great opportunity to increase your language skills. You can take it like some kind of Duolingo.

For the language is easy, there are free programs that translate the entire game to any language, with a few clicks in less than two minutes you have translated any game based on Renpy, the issue of not wanting to download the parts is another issue where only you decide.
Those translator programs are for windows, but I use them in linux and they work fine, the translations are not perfect or even good, but you can understand the plot well if you apply a little tolerance and imagination.
