Two were already seen. Depending on user choice, Priya's sister shows up on her practice and it can be seen she's pregnant. Also, depending on user choice, Tanya's pregnancy was shown, the birth of Anne, and her Superfetation, which means she was doubly pregnant, and is again with a big belly, but we haven't seen her in quite a while.

The rest, they are at best on the beginning of their 3rd month, little more than a small change in waist size and sometimes some extra sensitivity on the breasts. Morning sickness is ongoing. The hormonal changes are mostly on the libido's height now. The body changes are beginning.
