I wondered the same, especially with how active the community is for Grandma's House. Several lower quality (my opinion, but often much lower quality) games have fan art pages. It may be the developer didn't want it (my memory isn't the best and it may have just been a joke but it seemed to me at some point in the past a comment was made about not wanting to see offensive material with the characters). I use Daz but am no good at guessing models and morphs used for characters and wouldn't want to do it if the developer was actually against it anyhow.
