I'm getting a warning from the ISP, saying they "have a legal obligation and a responsibility to ensure we can't reach sites which are barred by law or that are likely to cause malicious damage to their online reputation and devices"...

Guess it's just on my end, then. Apologies for the ruckus

So after complaining that the game was getting boring, but I'd stay on until sex with Amy happens, my decision may have just been made for me. I was saving another game onto the Flash drive I keep all six seasons Grandma's House on, and an error happened while it was saving. Now it says the drive malfunctioned, and the computer can't recognize it. Unless anyone knows a magical way to get the disk to work again, or to save my files (and I already googled & tried several ways), either I have to start all the way from the beginning, or just give up and move on.

...the worst part is, other than knowing I also lost "Desert Stalker" and "My Best Deal" that were also on that drive, I have no idea what else I lost because I can't even see the file names anymore!
Sometimes, you get what you wish for, unfortunately in your case.

Not a nice way to learn that you can't rely on flash drives. Always keep a compressed copy of the contents of one of those things somewhere else. They're great for bootable OS's (e.g. TAILS) but risky for data.

What other options are there, though? CD-ROMs and floppy discs are a thing of the past, and neither could fit the amount of data a flash drive holds. Even if you have a google account, there are limits to what you can save. At this point, if there's no way to recover the files, I'm just gonna' re-download all 6 parts and speed through them until I'm caught up - at least I don't need to re-read everything like I did the first time around.

I just started re-downloading the parts, and it looks like the save files are still there. We'll see what happens with the other games I lost as well.
Most saves are also saved in your PC in case of Windows, don't know about Mac though...
