I'm working on my own VN and wondering whether releasing it without animations in 2025 would put me at a significant disadvantage. However until the comments get deleted, I'll say the key to a no-animation AVN is having: 1) Awesome renders w/good lighting, 2) Excellent points of view in the H scenes (show everything), 3) Steamy scene writing (don't just do 2 sentences and end it), and 4) Finish the scene properly with more good explicit shots.

Edit: Incidentally (and to try to somewhat stay on topic for GH), I think Moon does all these things rather nicely. It's one of many reasons the game remains so popular.

i would for sure check it ,a good story or like in this case adorable characters and interactions would get you over 90% of the releases , most are garbage at writing
