you downloaded the .10 update file instead of the full game, check your game folder it only has .10 version images and not the entire set.

But Aiko must come back. She is a very important member of the harem, providing a much-needed service. But to answer your question, I've never named mine. But it's not a conversation I've had with other random guys. When movies or such bring it up though and I'm with a friend, so we do talk about it, none of them has even named theirs either. Maybe me and friend groups are the odd ones, but I'd say from my anecdotal evidence it is a thing in movies and other media but not in real life.

I mean, do women name their boobs? I saw that in a movie once. some might, but I wouldn't bet it's very common.

If you have v0.09 you can extract the v0.10 update patch and overwrite. If you're coming from an older version you'll have to redownload the whole thing.
