Since the main reason for the size of each "part" is so they can all be downloaded in one go on the sites like Mega and Pixeldrain (when it's not someone's birthday), I don't think that's going to change ... also, I don't think there's ever been any mention of "chapters" in this game. So if Moon is true to his rumored word, there should be nearly as much content after "The Event" as there is before it, regardless of how many "parts" it takes.
