A man with super sperm ( generic super genetic without realistic or plausible realistic explanation) a generic fertility drug, I mean all the fertility thing is pretty generic, so the AVN stretch the reality.
That being said it's not that far from reality either, it's just that moonboox is not wasting ( and he does very well to do so, imho) time in giving useless explanations, things work and that suffice, it's not the most important thing in the story, it works period.
