She may even have a kid. She can't be pregnant, he met his girlfriend after her so she would have already sprogged or wasn't preggers to start with.
When Miss Saunders came to visit her sister-in-law and niece, they talked about the end-of-school-year party MC attended just before flying home (and presumably after he "broke up" with Tanya) ... where she, the nun we just met, and potentially any other LI that ever might appear in College Days could have (and probably did) get pregnant. So anything is possible now.
I think showing up with surprise kid in tow would have been fun, but that doesn't seem to be the route MB is taking.
