For those who don't get it: At the start, it was listed as "No sex with nana yet" (the titular Grandma, the "main girl" if you will). Then, once that happened, it was changed to "No sex with Amy yet" (since she was the next "major one"). Once that also happened, it was changed to Molly, the dog (the "best girl"), as hopefully a joke reference to the previous "warnings".

It was interesting to see Dean Nelson again (and find out she's pregnant with the protagonist's child). If Abby and Kayla were to reappear again like how Barbara did, that'd be cool. As for what happened to that Chaz imbecile, he must've had a mental breakdown once he found out about his girlfriend and mother's pregnancies or something like that. All in all, it was a fun update.
