guys I need some help...I just downloaded the first part of the game and ive also downloaded the mod that comes with the incest patch I put it in the game folder but nothing happened
If you mean the incest patch linked on the main page you must download the right version (Part 1) AND extract the zip into the .../game/ folder, overwriting files (not into a sub folder!)
It's quite similar. Download the right mod version for Part 1, extract the Zip and move all the files into the .../game/ folder. Also overwrite existing files there
so inside the grandma house file there is a "game" file I should put them in there?

Have you checked that you downloaded the correct version? Made sure you copied the unzipped content to the "game" folder of Grandma's House?

Yes, put all the files into the game folder, they should be now visible there
Edit: if you get errors I assume you put it maybe into a sub folder. Remove them again!

Do you mind that my opinion is diametrically opposite to yours? Because it is.
Especially in the first part, but also on the 2nd and 3rd. KoGa3 did some small corrections that fixed some smallish bugs. Also, while the game is quite linear, some of the "options" require an advanced level of English, or at least a familiarity with it's idioms, to decode correctly. You, obviously, didn't even noticed, but, to someone ASL like me, there are some that look exactly the same, or, the difference looks irrelevant.
It isn't MB's fault, he's using his language correctly, it is only an issue depending on the reader immersion in the English language. So, having the "extra" help of the WT, that clarifies what the option does, eliminates the issue, providing a smoother experience. This, definitely doesn't read as "completely useless". Besides that the Music option solves another of the game minor issues.
I would say that the mod is actually "Absolutely Required", instead.

My English is mostly at the level of cave people. Even so, I don't usually make mistakes when making decisions (in this game). The only mistake was with Fiona, I really missed it there at first try. Part 1 did have elements of development, but they were forgotten in Part 2 anyway and don't really affect anything.
I don't take your opinion away, I just don't understand what WT mode is for in linear games. There's nowhere to get lost...

All this talk about a walkthrough... You do know that there's literally only one brief section near the beginning where anything other than the top option is basically a 'no' to anything. If you want the full harem ending just pick the topmost answer.
The only caveat to this is where Maddy is getting help from the MC for the second time - THEN you'll need to know the answers. But then again, they're pretty simple.
