Actually, I'm OK with Brenda's scene; I think it made sense at that point.
These games always benefit from some sex early on, and instead of one of those cliché dream scenes it's always better to introduce a slutty character willing to fuck the MC since day 1. AVOIDABLE, of course.
Brenda is a hot MILF with a strong personality who wants to get a taste of that naive country boy and takes advantage of him, if you decide to let her. She's a confirmed side chick anyway,
so her having sex with the MC right away is not a big deal. That was her first relevant role in the game; I assume the second one is to create some conflict with Anna to spice things up.
When I criticized how fast the relationship were progressing, I was rather thinking about the MC's roommates and Anna, the real LIs.
Reina is a weird sex addict, but the MC should have had to work more before having full sex with the others, and I include Bella even though she's a flirty one. I'm not asking for a cheap "ladder to heaven" type of relationship development (first groping, then kissing, then boobjob, etc.), but jumping straight into sex kinda ruined the experience a bit for me too.
PS: In my opinion, the fact that Monica, the celebrity isn't a main LI is another blunder. She's been hyped multiple times even in the game intro, and her looks are among the best in the game. I even remember people saying that they tried the game after seeing her in the previews. It will be a huge disappointment for many people.
