It's one thing for an LI to say that they're not exclusive and she'll meet other people, and the game showing her scenes with another lover. While this might not fit the definition, I'd be tempted to call this NTR as well, because it's in that direction, the scene is only there to elicit jealousy or cater to cuckolding.
That's interesting, isn't it? In the same circumstances, an LI being with a guy would be NTR, but if it's with a girl it's too hot to be NTR
On that topic & GTU, I do agree with Jericho85. Even if we can expect Deborah to become an LI, I don't think the scene with her sub is NTR. And, for players who don't want to see that interactions, there are plenty of choices for them to avoid it.
