How am I supposed to get to the nun without the teleportation potion? The woman who sells them disappeared and I have none in my inventory.

I understand that but when I try to interact with the town sign it doesn't take me and using a teleportation potion doesnt do the job either
Does someone got a save for this update? Because the cleaning game is imposible for me and I lag everytime and have to start over.
