It was the moderation team that deleted the thread not me.

It is me, or the game is not really had a lot of story line yet? There is not any walkthrough or hint to continue the story. I am not really a fan of this game yet if you ask me. Wait till the story really coming with a decent among of storyline, then I would reconsider the game to download again to play.

If you have the interaction with your sister in the living room you'll get the blackfire festival intro. We will change that so the first time you sleep even if you didn't talk to your sister it triggers too.

You mean to tell me you didn't just copy and paste then entire game of Become Someone and only change the characters and story?

Also you said you changed some interface to differentiate yourself but the house menu basically looks the same and the phone ui is literally the same.

Not to discredit the work you did do, but you sure discredited the work you didn't do.

We don't use most of the assets you show in your screenshots, they are in our folders but are not actually part of the game. We used them while developping to test elements that's all. The porn gifs will be updated in the next updated as requested by Volen_.

First image on grow up before you start the game seems odd. Very tech future and not about the festival or whatever.

Phone still flashes if you click next for a page.

Phone coming with all the characters on it before you meet them is a weird choice.

Text box for choosing player's name needs to stand out more. As of now it is easily missed.

Choosing Claire's name is in pink, Choosing Emma is in purple, but then Claire's speech is in purple and Emma's is in pink. (Also it is hard to read the text when choosing Claire's name. Later on emma goes back to pink. You should just associate a color to a person and stick with it with a tag system.

Your Claire smiles at you both warmly (I assume Claire is supposed to be a title instead of name here).

Mrs. Summers should have her own colored text box.

When talking to Elena you are referred to as player instead of chosen name.

Way too much empty space between the bubbles.

It is kind of weird to use the AI generated faces for the icons when a lot of them don't look like the models used, why not just use a best image of that person?

I thought there was talk about removing the censoring of the faces? The andi girl image in the door is still censored.

Definitely needs a going over with a grammar checker and someone who is a native speaker/educated in English.

Street still lacks a player house location.

The overworld map will cause slow down like become someone's does.

Instead of "go out" from a bedroom it should be "leave room". Also why do all other rooms have "house" as a choice instead of leave room/go out?

I would say something where you can pick a bunch of options like the festival questions, those buttons should look different to make them easier to know it is that type of thing instead of thinking it is a single choice like all the others.

Kathy in walkthrough has a 0/1 but also no content so whatever is up with that. Carla has trust as [number NaN] and also a 0/1 but saying I didn't do my first day of school which automatically happens. Emma is only referred to as Sis in phone and should be both, but also has [number NaN], finally Andi also has the NaN.

Went to gallery, then clicked the gallery image in bottom right, clicking the return button just makes you go to the gallery. May want to hard code where the return goes to instead of previous page.

videos should be centered on screen.

stats above 0 are NaN

watching TV doesn't advance time.

I will say also that if you aren't using something why is there images/videos/files/code for it already? You are just making people download extraneous stuff then.

Honestly this shouldn't have been released yet, not at least until a week of time would have been able to progress and things to do. At best it is a demo, but the demo uses the backbone of an already existing game and thus no need for it.

I thought the game looked very similar, it all makes sense now. I wish we could report this game for definitely stealing assets of another game. Like holy its actually copy and paste

To address this further here is a patch that removes the unused images, fixes a few bugs and add new gifs to the "watch porn" on the desk.

For the phone flashes unfortunately nothing can be done, as it's just the phone loading again. The street lacking a home location image just has been fixed. For the rest I'm going to look at it and fix everything for next hotfix/update. We also just removed all the unused stuff from our folders and published an hotfix with only what we are using. We are going to be more careful about this in the future.

I want to personally respond to this as we are the most concerned. We exchanged with the dev about it and requested him to change some elements. He did so. We don't own the assets and have no rights on them. We ourselves used elements from other games. We don't really mind what was done here.

He promised to further change that in future updates, when we started we were being torn apart by bad reviews and people trying to take us down here. Give this guy a chance before judging him too harshly.

I want to add it's probably because you're not a developper, but there is far more differences than just the story and characters otherwise we would have contacted the mod teams ourselves.

Oh don't worry we perfectly understand and now I feel kind of bad, wasn't expecting your apologies. We will thrive to do better so do not hesitate to tell us when we are in the wrong! We want to get better and please everyone. We promise to do our best to not make the same mistakes again. We were so impatient to make a release we may have overlooked a few steps and we are glad to receive feedback even when it's negative, it points at us the things we have to improve.

I hope you'll give this an other go when we release the next version! (which we hope will change your opinion)

In finding this game . . . and then, you coming here, in support (?) of this Dev, I have found Your Game, to try . . . which previously, I didn't even know existed . . . seems like a "Win, Win" situation, . . . agree ? .

I'm hoping you plan to add a few more classes, eventually, and give us some sort of schedule ?

Yes, as to the "gold borders", did see that , in some instances, (after posting, of course ), there were some other times there were no "hints" to what one might do. But, I'm sure that will come with further progress in the development of the game .

I haven't, and won't play online, too many chances to get 'hacked', from an supposedly "secure " site . No disrespect meant . Just my choice.

Thanks for the reply, it's a good sign, that the "Dev", is responsive to peeps, who want to help, them with their game .

(PS - My comment about, the "Fast Travel" ability ; to some of us, "fast travel", was to "short-cut" travel time, instead of taking the "long route", as often used by some to quickly "run" through a game . Some of "us", like taking our time playing a game . That's why the comment, "not very typical", . . . so, not as "intuitive", to some of "us" . )

This VERY much reminds me of Become someone, but that is not a bad thing. Made the mistake of playing now though without looking at the version number. Will check back every once in a while to see if the game is still going and will play when it's much more fleshed out.

Become Someone has a lot of polish and sets a very high bar for this type of real porn sandbox; when someone says they 'stole gameplay elements' that just tells me they paid attention to what worked and are trying to go above and beyond the baseline of Sugarcube.

That to me is a recommendation, not a condemnation. More games SHOULD try to do some of what Become Someone does.
