Heres a working lvl 18 savegame for 0.29b (also works with 0.29c) with
- maxed out goddess card -> concentration passive
- maxed out cards of the earth -> grace of the earth passive
- shilon village men's bathroom prostitution unlocked
- spawn everywhere chant unlocked
- ~90% of gallery enemies unlocked - keep in mind whited out enemies don't spawn or they have no grab animations yet so they're kinda pointless to unlock anyway... also vampires are the best

there's two shops. the one you're on requires a specific item that rarely drops from enemies. the one below it only requires yuno.

This skill seems to be messed with, it should generally prevent pregenancy but it had a lock on and off throughout the last versions, so not sure if it's intended to work at all currently.
Set up XUnity autotranslator, it'll make the game more enjoyable if you can read this stuff.
Basically get this attachment, extract it to your main GH2 folder and run the SetupReiPatcherAndAutoTranslator
It'll create a new Shortcut GuiltyHell2_alpha (Patch and Run), just run the game through it from that point and you're good.
