Try equipping this protective sign (read its description), then open the last skills tab. The masturbation skill should appear there. If you have installed another one, the masturbation skill disappears.
the thing is, if you learn the skill harlot from the innkeeper at the baths, then you wont be able to choose the marturbating skill for some reason. it will just show the harlot skill to use
PD: by the way you cant fight the black market boss in this version it get stuck

One way to get the "Harlot" skill is to take a quest from the bartender. The yellow dialogue opens the quests that he can give. The desired quest will be marked in pink text. Next, talk to Nikita (aka "Lady") and also choose the pink option. After that, go to the Shirone Baths and there Nikita teaches everything you need. After that, you need to go to the men's room yourself and work it out for the first time. Voila - after that, the Harlot skill will appear on the third tab. To activate the skill, go to the desired NPC (they usually have a heart above their head). "Shift + C", Left and Right arrows select the skill. Press "Z" to activate.
P.S. You can skip talking to the bartender and go straight to the bathhouse. The event will start automatically on your first visit and you will also receive the Harlot skill. At least that was the case in version 0.38

Sorry bro, I played the whole game quite a long time ago and I don't remember the conditions for getting it and the location. Maybe someone else can tell you.
In this game, some events, achievements and statuses can be obtained under certain conditions, for example, by trying to lose to certain opponents or bosses or by repeating certain actions. For example, you can get statuses for quick alcohol intoxication if you go through the quest with the alcohol party at the bartender's several times and get drunk with different NPCs.
I also found some non-obvious scenes. For example, you can get an H-scene with a big fly if you lose a fight with Bandit Vortis before getting to the location with the fairy mansion. This scene is a dead end and is not completed. The control buttons will be blocked and you will have to restart the game to continue playing. Save in the locations closest to the events.
The game is in development and it is difficult to search for all possible ways to complete and obtain game scenes and statuses. To do this, you need to arm yourself with trial and error and a lot of free time.

But I want using my own savefile, not someone else's. Better post a previous version of the game. The ones I tried in this thread don't link to the game anymore
