This bug has been discussed for several pages already. Wait for a fixed version (0.39d) or complete this event in version 0.38c and transfer the save to the new version. How do I change time of the day? I got to the point where there was a party in the tavern and I think the game was supposed to change time for night to progress. I can't turn in the quest. The priest in the church is also missing now.
