Should be in the latest save that comes with the game. You need to go up the hill to the temple and go inside. A scene will play with the two other female NPCs. Follow the scene, then you get to the underground part where you have to use your special ability to shoot one of the NPCs up the hole. Then keep going and you'll see that scene

where do i go to get to that hill?

there is no folders named mods in my game file

Thought I had MelonLoader installed correctly, using the Installer exe, but the loader console screen is just black, no text or anything like the screenshot someone shared. And nothing happens when I try to activate the gallery unlocker.

Any help would be appreciated x_X

Ok so how do you get thick human semen? The guide says to the right of Shiron Church there's a brute. For me there's nothing of the sort and thugs give regular human semen. Where do you get it then?

Anyone know how to get through here? I had an enchanted key, but after saving and loading the game, the key is no longer in my inventory and I cannot progress through this doorway. The merchant says SOLD OUT so I can't buy another key...

EDIT: Nevermind. There was a mimic in a side room I missed that dropped one.

Guilty Hell 1 was really enjoyable. Only played the demo to GH2 2 years ago. I'm curious... how many female enemies are there at this point? I'm mostly into F/F.
