It tells you clearly at the beginning of the game what choices will lead to NTR, it's up to whether to choose that decision or not. The choice is in the players hands.

The patch may break your game, use at your own risk.
If you missed it you can find the old Update only patch HERE.
Note: While there were not many new things. Some of the renders changed from png to jpg. And because of the script changes you'd need the new ones or the game won't find them. This is the reason for the rather big size.

Just adding the cheats (which is actually the incest patch), and 2 new animations (hidden renders), so more or less a "feature update" or "QoL" update.
In case anyone missed it, this is the changelog for the new update, if you played the previous one, you aren't missing much.
