Yeah not gonna happen. I'm starting to ask myself if this update is even existing. There is no freaking excuse this time. According to him ALL was done. It has been tested, it has been polished. Failing to upload this after all that has happened regarding this update is an absolute joke. There is no defending it this time. "This Saturday 100%." "Chill guys it's still morning here, dropping it around 8pm GMT."
That didn't age too well. I really tried trusting the process even if it was pretty rough with this one but I guess some people really don't want to learn.

Let me guess, He got abducted by aliens two seconds before he could hit the upload button and now the dev is undergoing an anal probe somewhere in orbit around Neptune and bemoaning the fact that he let down his subscribers (read that as "Suckers") once more.

Absolutely love the comments, it’s better than any update of this so called “game”.
I have already expressed my opinion about these delays. I believe that spending all this time developing and adding “unnecessary” components such as the cell phone and more was not the wisest choice, especially given the overall context of the game.
Apart from that, I cannot blame those who point out the fact of the update in the middle, i.e. if you decide to split the content because the last scenes take too much time, then it means that you already have almost everything ready to upload, so the delay is not justifiable.
Also, and this is my personal opinion, what bothered me the most was not the constant excuse of “it will be 100% ready” but the fact that he said he would upload teasers every day and after two renders he stopped.
If if in this situation, where player confidence is at an all-time low, at least as far as even the smallest and stupidest promises are concerned you should try to keep them.

I was %100 percent sure that he wasnt gonna release. Because as a developer myself (not game dev) if you gonna release something, it would be fully ready at least couple days before release. And he said he gonna release it at like GMT 8 pm because he needed to do something before release. Probably he couldnt finish it on time again and again. (Or last chance, meteor fell on his house as excuse)

I don't even get why devs announce releases by date like this, it's not like they have a board of directors above them or anyone.
Just make it and release when it's ready. This way they just let people down.

But that's the thing. According to his very own words it was tested and ready to be uploaded if it wasn't for the render queue of the Party Event. So he decided to split it 5 days ago. No one can tell me he wasn't prepared to drop this yesterday. It has become a farce and yes, this time I don't see ANY excuse whatsoever. He has been radio silent on Discord for over 24 hours now as well aka "offline".
Announcing release date is good but if you gonna do it on time. He just delayed it like 4-5 times already and every time he has excuses. When we call him milker he gets angry but he is

Textbook pathological liar. I was ready to walk back on my assessment if he was able to provide the barest of minimum he was on the right track. But Honestly I've been on this website for 8 years. I've seen my share of games and developers and after this long you get the scent of when it's a lost cause. This is one of them.

He is most likely from UK when I take his messages from yesterday morning into account. I mean there was NO reason to release the update late yesterday anyways. If it's done just drop it and we're good. Guess he knew right from the start that he wouldn't drop the update anyways. No one knows the reason and I have a feeling that he will go M.I.A. for some time now. Normally there always at least has been an update on what's going on but this time not even that is the case. He is gone and there is no information whatsoever. Imagine creating this extra 30$ tier, let some people (who probably have too much faith) subscribe and then don't deliver anything at all. Again: There is absolutely no excuse this time to justify that. I'm just happy that I stayed true to my word cause' my original intention was to sub the moment the update drops. Now even that intention is pretty much gone with what is going on right now.
